REMINGTON Reese not guilty all counts. Remington was ordered released today. And will live with his grandparents, Marj & Jack Stewart.

(Making false statements by signing a 4473 form. Counts 2-4 were the straw purchases by Penny Torres for MX Cartel member Jose Roman. Counts 5 & 6 were making false statements by signing a 4473 form involving an undercover agent.)
Counts 7 & 8 False statements- RYIN - GUILTY
(Making a false statement by signing a 4473 related to the sale of a 50 caliber weapon and ammo to an undercover agent on June 15, 2011 that he should have known would be exported to Mexico.)
(Making a false statement by signing a 4473 related to the sale of a 50 caliber weapon and ammo and 2 AK47s and ammo to an undercover agent on July 7, 2011 that he should have known would be exported to Mexico.)
COUNT 9 – RICK False Statements – GUILTY
(Making a false statement by signing a 4473 related to the sale of 3 handguns and related ammunition to an undercover agent on July 29, 2011 that he should have known would be exported to Mexico.)
COUNTY 10, TERRI - False Statements GUILTY
(Making a false statement by signing a 4473 by helping an undercover agent select and purchase firearms on July 29, 2011 that she should have known would be exported to Mexico.)
COUNTS 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, & 23 – RYIN – NOT GUILTY
(These counts were the smuggling counts.)
COUNTS 13, 16, 18, 21, 25, 28 - REMINGTON – NOT GUILTY
(These counts were the smuggling counts.)

I notice that each of the guilty verdicts indicate that “that he/she should have known(the gun or guns) would be exported to Mexico.” Questions: Were the guns that brought these counts actually exported to Mexico, and if so, by whom, and by whose authority?

The guns involved in these counts were sold to the undercover agents. One or more agents testified that the guns were not exported to Mexico, and in fact, the weapons and ammo were brought into the courtroom during trial and presented to the Jury as evidence.
THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHAT LARGE GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION CAN DO. AGENT VALLES WAS A ROOKIE, AND A ROOKIE CAN EASILY DESTROY A PATRIOTIC GREAT AMERICAN FAMILY. ALL THE AGENTS IN THIS OPERATION SHOULD BE CHARGED AND MADE FELONS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE AMERICA IS SITTING BACK AND LETTING THIS HAPPEN!!!!! REMEMBER YOU WILL BE NEXT IF YOU DON’T MAKE A STAND AND DEFEND OUR CONSTITUTION!!!!!
